Hello, you should read Zen translations!
As in, read them instead of the opinions here (or in the commentary sections of the books themselves). Here is the cherry on top, you may want to understand this.
But reading Zen texts is challenging in itself. I say it is itself a practice, insofar as being necessary. So let's see which challenges arise when reading Zen texts (aside from understanding).
