Silence; beyond thinking

The mind rests open, blank and without any arising of thought in silence..

When there is a thought that arises, there is that which observes the thought..and when thoughts chain together there is the thinker.. when the thinker is taken to be real, the is the personality...

Reject thought by observing the thoughts, when there is no thought arising there is no one thinking and no one doing, the ground is unveiled, seen to have always been, without coming nor going..

Rest in this silence, in this ground, be free as you have always been, nothing is apart from this ground..
