A philosophy for deleting negative emotions and replace them with desire.
A memory or an event triggers a negative emotions, ask yourself, what change in the world should happen so that the emotion you feel becomes obsolete?
Focus your attention on your desire for this change, meditate on this desire without trying to pursuit it.
From my experience with this form of meditation I am coining If-Only-Ism, I am able to temporarily repulse feelings anger, sadness and fear.
Example, if someone happen to be a short person and they are made fun of you for being short. They would focus their mind on a set of events that if only they would happened, they would no longer feel anger in this situation. Focus really hard on this desire the way you focus your mind on someone you have a crush on, dwell in this desire, dwell in this desire, dwell in this desire.. without holding onto it or pushing it away.
