Isness

It’s incredible to me how we never just do. We worry and think. And overthink. As if thinking leads to an answer.

I remember in school I read something along the lines of: if you choose an answer stick with it, trust your instinct; your first choice is usually the best choice.

The brain is a very smart computer, if it receives information it computes. That’s what it does. It doesn’t need you to think for it or try to change its computations.

Just let it be.

Trust yourself.

How can you trust yourself if trusting requires a truster and a trusted?

It doesn’t matter.

We can think until our minds go numb and there still is no picking and choosing, even if you pick and choose.

The road with the forking paths is always in front of us, just walk. And if you don’t know which way to go, that’s fine, just wait.

There are no choices if you really see, it’s all laid out in front of us. Like a big map.

Turn down the volume and you’ll see all the choices are choice-less.

The path is laid out.

There is just doing.

The isness just is.
