Traditional and Zen Buddhism, just some idle thoughts.

Traditional Buddhism places emphasis on the “triple gem.” (Buddha Dharma Sangha)

The Buddha being the object, the Dharma it’s properties to worship, and the Sangha being those you can gossip to about it when you’re not being respectful or professional. Or if you’re just tired lol.

In contrast, to me Zen Buddhism is just straight up no-Dharma. Like that’s it, that’s all there is. The only need for visiting a teacher is if humiliation is required, besides that Buddhas and Zen Masters are completely and entirely irrelevant.
