So this seems childish, but its an ongoing issue in r/zen, that people refuse to answer questions. Or address points. Which is fine, but why are you here than? Such a strange thing I've found to be quite common in r/zen, here's the latest;
If people really want i can compile links to the following quotes.
I made an assumption about u/AssholeBuddha, that he never investigated zazen thoroughly enough to be an expert on it.
So he laughed, and said "you dont know anything about me."
Fair enough right?
So okay, I than asked him, well have you sat zazen for a minimum of ten years?
This is his answer,
A: alot of good zazen has done for You!!!!! 😂😂
Can someone explain to me wtf kinda answer is that?
Lets pretend that answer makes sense. Are people sitting here acting like they don't have to answer questions because it's a zazen practitioners job to be "non-attached" or some silly ideological shit?
I asked two more times in which he refused to answer.
What do you guys get out of refusing to answer questions? I'm quite curious because it's so strange to me.
