Day in, day out, I’m constantly facing drowsiness. Never have much energy to force myself to be more aware of my own existence, or to enjoy my free-time, or even to do menial, everyday tasks.
I am not experienced much at all with meditation; I understand it to be a practice of silencing your thoughts and promoting awareness/consciousness. But I seriously lack the energy to focus these days, so is it feasible to try meditating when I’ll be fighting off impending sleepiness? Does anybody else have experience with this?
