Zen is not based on the written word. You will not find it through study and recitation.

Those who rely on the written word to understand Zen have become lost in the ocean of samsara.

Like a child attempting to suckle milk from it's mother and instead recieving only water.

It will keep you alive for some time, but it will not sustain you and you will not grow.

Go beyond the written word. Investigate your nature itself.

Investigate the mind itself.

Do not falter.

Be brave. Be diligent.

This is not the path for those relying on words to understand the mind.

Zen. Mu.

Dog chases mudball.

Lion bites thrower.

Look for the thrower.

Don't blame anyone else or go chasing after balls of mud.
