Please list any "retreat-in-a-book" or "retreat-on-audio-tape" you know of. I'm open to any teacher or tradition which emphasizes non-dual realization.

I want to do a 7-10 day retreat alone in my home, but I don't want to just "wing it" and rely on myself for enforcing a self-created schedule.
