Once The Knowledge That You Never Did Anything Arises, Zazen happens.

Right now your eyes are scanning this text, you are reading this, words, this is not zazen, this is reading, writing, being lost in thought.

Zazen is to notice that you are moving your eyes, the sounds, the flow of the mind. It is to at least pretend for a moment, that you are not in control, that even when you are "doing" something, you really aren't, it's only happening by itself. What is this useful for? To simply watch it happen, that's when the illusory boundary between you and everything else dissolves.

Once you know that you never did anything, you can begin to do zazen.
