A Koan

1. The master pointed to a nearby boulder and asked the visiting monks if everything is held in the mind or separate.

2. Of course, they answered that everything is held in the mind, so that boulder must also be held in the mind.

3. The master's response was, "your mind must be very heavy if it holds that boulder!"
