Did anyone else start learning zen and become atheist, either because of it or at least supported from it? I know that, personally, the first text I ever read a meditative text (the Tao Te Ching) that was remotely associated with Zen made a big impact in my beliefs as a religious person. I am currently atheist. Anyone else share this, or similar experiences?
