Is it possible to speak and write, and to ask and answer questions, without forming dualistic conceptions?

I mean that in the most literal way possible -- can the mind produce words like the ones you're reading right now without making use of that faculty?

When a Zen Master teaches using words, is he therefore inevitably engaging in a pain in the ass activity that interferes with his well-being out of compassion for his students? Or is it possible to use language while being aware only of non-duality?

I think it's impossible; the mental faculty that generates speech is part of the faculty that generates conceptual dualistic thought. It might even be the exact same faculty.
