Guishan passed a water pitcher to Yangshan. As Yangshan was about to take it, Guishan withdrew it and said, "What is it?"
Yangshan responded, "What do you see?"
Guishan said, "If you put it that way, why then seek from me?"
Yangshan said, "That is so, yet as a matter of humanity and righteousness, it is also my own business to pour some water for you."
Guishan then handed Yangshan the pitcher.

My thoughts:
Doing the right thing is following the streams.
Doing the wrong thing while doing the right thing is covering heaven and earth.
Doing neither right, nor wrong, leaves no trace and cuts off all flows.
