This is gonna be my last post in a while, as old Yunmens words have really took their toll on me, I've lapped them suckers up like the dreg gobbling fool that I am, and contrary to what old Yunmen advises, those rocks that he vomited up are now lodged firmly in my chest. Its kinda paradoxical that it would take the advice of a 1000 year old dead person to make me want to stop reading and imbibing the words of a 1000 year old dead person, to stop salivating over the dried up turd that is the Zen literature and to start actually wholly trusting in my own words as being more beneficial to me in the study of my own mind and nature than those old dead Masters.
So, here is my parting shot, for now anyways, from old Yunmen, I've also got a lovely snippet from Baizhang, well, more than a lovely snippet, it's a belter of course, and at the same time, just the words of a dead old fool.

1. With this bunch of windbags who can gulp down other peoples pus and slobber, can recall heaps and loads of rubbish, and display their donkey lips and horse mouths everywhere, boasting, " I can ask questions in five or ten alternative ways" even if you ask questions from morning till evening , with the answers taking you into the night, will you ever see anything, even in a dream? How will you apply your strength for the benefit of others?

2. Baizhang sat one night inside the Dharma Hall and suddenly spat on the floor. To his disciples question about why he hade done this he replied, " I was just thinking about wisdom and nirvana"
