Fallen

i’ve lost my reigns and with it, control over my emotions. I spend my waking days with constant intrusive, angry, argumentative, and violent thoughts, and that leads to me feeling like everyone who even slightly upsets me deserves nothing but the blunt end of my fist. obviously I don’t want to feel like this, but I slowly just feel like i’m losing the ability to get back on track
