gap of no mind

The sight of your phone or computer as you read this block of text is deeply mysterious.. who reads it?

Is their a reader and a text that's read? Is there identification with the voice that reads this...

The perception is deeply mysterious as an understanding because it is not a regular intellectual understanding.. it is beyond the brains functions entirely..

To go beyond the brain, the personality, is that perception..

Then there is something else infinitely greater than the personality which does all actions.. in fact it is recognized that that same force runs the actions of every person , animal and material thing..

Every living and non living thing has that force, which makes it as if everything is living or everything is inert.. either that this body is as inert as a rock, or that a rock is as alive as this body, same thing..

Try as a meditation to simply look at an object for a while without judgement or labels, if a thought arises let it be but keep the attention on the gap of no mind..

As You practice this giving objects full attention without labels, you will experience more and more gaps of no mind.. the mysterious perception

You might find that upon washing the dishes, you are completely absorbed in the doing, without a shred of dissatisfaction or dualistic thought, this bliss of being and not doing as you are doing can be extended to every activity..

The gaps of no mind then become deeper and more intense as you practice, and you can practice bringing this intense perception which frees you of whatever your current routine is by practicing it in each part of your day.. then you are free to continue the routine without being a doer but a be-er and your life is then run by a infinitely larger force then the thinking rational brain.
