Hey everyone, this simple yet extremely powerful method of meditation is something that improves my depression like no other.
However I do have depersonalization/derealization disorder and I am slightly worried that this method of meditation may increase it as it seems to slightly do so (I Just started).
Does anyone have any experience with this or thoughts?
