How does zen and r/zen differ from new age teachers and r/awakened?

I am not asking obnoxiously I am sincerely curious. I enjoy me some Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Alan Watts and r/awakened. Yeah, I should probably read some suggested zen literature but for today I am asking you you're thoughts on the subject. Thank you
