Thoughts cannot know the tension created by thoughts.
But seeing not through the mind, these tensions finally relax.
This is quite scary, like suddenly realizing you're holding an iron ball over your head.
Ouch! What are these tensions that are relaxing!?
Like lifting your hand from a flame for the first time, you suddenly realize you've been arranging your bones like sticks.
If my body feels that it's dying, it suddenly relaxes farther than it knew.
Ouch! Why was it not relaxed before!?
For this reason my mind is afraid of my body, because when I listen I realize how little I've listened.
Like suddenly realizing I'm not in my place, my body relaxes by throwing out a crumbly puppet.
Wait! Who was that guy!? Ouch!
I'm suddenly afraid of this physical puppet, the unseen tensions of the mind.
