The smell of redemption. It has a smell that freedom does not have.

Its one thing to stand up against a blowing gale, or even a bully. Its another to consider obstacles, to seek out someone to blame.

There are certain assumptions necessary before a person can seriously consider themselves to be a victim of the kind that would need support from the 4 noble trufs or the 8lane superhighway. Is there need of redemption, or is freedom immediately at hand? Would we rather have something to struggle with, or would we rather step off the 100 foot pole?
