I just remembered the famous story about the zen master who said you're supposed to empty your cup before you can learn. After a long spiritual path, I'm re-engaging with real life and seeking harmony and balance with the physical, mental, and spiritual. Does Zen offer any guidance for doing this?
Ideally, like 20 coherent, aligned core beliefs towards living a proper life rather than the however many thousand conflicting, off ones that required an undoing like I've had.
