I don’t care for it as a discipline. I go to the gym 7 times a week and try to improve my previous weeks lifts/cardio as well as eating a strictly logged diet.
I get my chicken from the Fresh Market which has notably high quality items. It’s just when the chicken (the only meat I eat) is being chewed something just doesn’t feel right, sometimes it’s a little gross actually. I was a vegetarian during college and began eating meat again soon after due to having low testosterone and elevated estrogen levels. 4-5 days a week I eat the same thing daily but getting adequate protein is difficult if I ‘cut out’ the chicken.
If you put a mouse in the cage of a snake could you convince the snake to not eat it?
