Commonly, fear arises in many of those who have sought out a good teacher in earnest as coming face to face with the reality of what the training brings or reveals isn't always easy, and this is especially true in terms of dissolution of the go and sense of 'I' and self, which is a false conceptualisation anyway, but most definitely feels 'real'.
What I wrote earlier in another thread applies, and hopefully if you embark upon the training this may serve you well when and if you ever come to such a moment, and hopefully you'll remember should you encounter such a difficulty. I just jumped straight in anyway personally, but each have their own path.
