Zen and individualism

Zen appears to be exclusively centred to individual pursuit and self-realization.

Self realization is also part of the Lutheran church, to finding ones faults and making God the promise to change (12 steps for example)

In conclusion, Zen coalesces good with Christian morality. Until, the ego dies.

There is no merit in practising Zen, even a dog after 1000 years of meditation will no attain buddahood.

What is the purpose of practice, of discipline?

Zen appears so natural, like the ripe fruit or the wind over the ocean.

What this practice consists of?

I argue that the practice is like pool for small children. Same water, only the illusion of borders (of practice)
