The Real Shobogenzo: Sudden or not at all

Dahui's Original Shobogenzo:

Master Yungai Zhi said to an assembly, ‘Always profoundly calm, right where you are—if you look for it, obviously you can’t see it.’  Even though an ancient sage spoke thus, temporarily making a model, if you get hung up on it and can’t get out, you just cling to what belonged to an ancient.  If, however, you can get out, then you will have some accord.

I am otherwise.  Mounted on a swift horse, I circle the polar mountain; crossing the mountain, I look for ant tracks.  How many are there who know?

.

ewk note: Some people refuse to get in, and call this "getting out". Other people claim there is nothing to get into... they can't get out either. Still others say they will get out by calming their mind for hours a day, days and days a year, year after a year, until their lifetimes are consumed by a desire to escape.

Where can you get a fast horse these days though?
