Zen Masters after Wumen:

Hengchuan (1222-1289)

On the anniversary of Buddha's nirvana, Hengchuan said:

"The sun is warm and the wind is mild, here in the second month of spring. The peach blossoms are red and the plum blossoms are white, all over the mountain forests. On the road of nirvana, there is no coming or going: it's one single pure body with no contrived action."

.

Welcome! ewk comment: Wait, what? What is "Buddha's Nirvanna"? Yup, you guessed it, "Going to heaven day".

What we are getting, then, is that on the road to Enlightenment Heaven, nobody travels, and there is no purpose-filled intentional action.

Piece of cake.
