hi r/zen folks, ive been quietly checking in here from time to time, sometimes one of your posts show up on my feed and i feel arrogant enough to make some pseudo-smart-ass remark, or maybe something worthwhile enough to start a conversation pops out, which ive always enjoyed those. i do like to argue, after all. something to do with obscurity for obscurity's sake, or absurdity for absurdity's sake, whichever flavor you like. anyways i have quite a naive idea of what 'zen is', given i have any idea at all i assume shows how blue the sky is. having us feel so present it seems to me such so ancient, hardly anywhere near the the current happenings we face now. I wonder how we can always feel as if we're losing ourselves to the past, when we've only ever been able to make it through the present. is there anything you do to keep zen 'fresh' in your life?
