This No-Self is Very BIG

The problem for most of us is that we have no idea as to what we can actually do without the assistance of others.

I made my breakfast without any help. No I did not. Did I grow the wheat that mde the flour that made my toast? No!

I dressed myself this morning. No I did not. Did I make the clothes that I put on? Did I create the wool, the cotton? No!

I breathe without any assistance. No I do not. I require air...oxygen in order to breathe...so no, I do not breathe without help.

I drove my car to work all by myself. No I did not. Did I build the car? Did I drill the oil or produce the petrol (gasoline) that makes the car run? No!

I wiped my arse without anyone or anythings assistance. No I did not. Without trees there is no toilet paper. Who chopped the tree down that was turned into paper...without rain there is no tree...there is no "ME".

Who wipes your arse after you have a shit?

No-Self? True-Self? The Void? The Ground of all being?

It is the very same SELF that looks both ways before crossing a busy street...and all the Zen Masters past, present and future...always look both ways before crossing that busy street.
