Everything is illusion and is fulfilled by illusion. It isn't something you can replicate or dissect or part from or starve to death. It is not a discussion. It is only the suchness of things. The pure autumn dew is above all your machinations, you cannot shake it off.

A discussion already secondary to the truth of reality but since Zen Masters say that it is your duty to speak when questioned about its nature, you don't get a pass for being silent.. To people in the New Age mileu of "all religions take you to the truth" who insist that the illusory nature of their doctrine is not up for discussion, Mingben is a knock out blow.
What about those who reign in Awareness, Truth, and the Preceptor Community?
