Is the child the Buddha nature when it is an infant, or when it is a teenager?
Is the spring the Buddha nature, or is it the fall?
Within these changes we have to find the eternal. We cannot understand this intellectually, only with our own experience.
Today we don't like what we liked yesterday, we are always changing, going from happy to sad - but where is the root in all this?
