Watch yourself.

Those who will not stop and watch themselves, on their own, instead pursue intellectual interpretations.

But that pursuit of intellectual interpretation, seeking rationales and making comparative judgements, is all completely off.

If you would turn your attention around and watch yourself, you would understand everything.

Study yourself. We are all different, even though all humans look relatively similar, our emotional, mental and spiritual lives are completely varied and unique to our individual lives and experiences.

Some people are highy intelligent, others are not, yet, we have to use what tools we have, to see beyond our own personal nature, into the way..

If everything is the one mind, and we all have the ability to be at one with the Buddha mind, or to experience enlightenment, or whatever you want to call it, then we have to approach it from our own skill set, not the skill set of other people's..

Use your own mind and the way it is now, to watch yourself.
