1. Distractions

The reason you do not understand is just because you are taken away by random thoughts twenty-four hours a day. (11)

Eventually one day the ground of mind becomes thoroughly clear and you attain complete fulfillment. This is called absorption in one practice. (109)

In your conduct, day and night, keep evolving higher; then even if you do not attain enlightenment, you will still be a highly refined individual. (64)
