The Sanskrit name Vimalakirti means Untainted Name, or Pure Name; his wife's name was Golden Lady, his son's name was Good Thought, and his daughter's name was Moonlike Beauty.
A monk asked Master Yunju Jian, "Vimalakirti was the Golden Grain Buddha--why did he listen to the teaching in the assembly of Shakyamuni Buddha?"
Yunju said, "He didn't make a contest between others and self."

Who is here to learn and read?

Strive, or not, to be as Vimalakirti, non-dual and undifferentiated.
