Many of you will look at this post as say this is a sh!t post and you are not wrong. It’s a very sh!tty post. After meditating for a while I have this for you.
Let everything go like when you poo
When you go to the bathroom and drop it you don’t pick it back up and take it with you. Most of us flush and it goes down a pipe and you never see it again. It’s gone with the rest of it.
So you could let every moment go like that but it’s up to you. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I am just expressing the part of myself that wants to communicate with others. In fact maybe you didn’t even need to hear this. Maybe I’m just writing this for self. Who knows.
