"Do not deceive yourself with conceptual thinking, and do not look anywhere for the truth, for all that is needed is to refrain from allowing concepts to arise" -Haungbo
It feels like you can pick any of the teachers and find them all saying something along those lines
My general question is how do all of you employ this key point into realizing Buddha in your life?
I see it as thinking and thoughts arising being perfectly okay, we are human, that kind of happens. We need thoughts to function in our day to day lives. The issue begins to arise when we put certain attachments onto the thoughts and weigh them.
How about you guys? How do you look at stuff like this?
