Step back from passions and concerns. What do you see?

Step back from thoughts and feelings. What do you see?

Step back from views and discrimination. What do you see?

Have faith in yourself, relying on words and teachers will only perpetuate suffering.

Stand up on your own two feet and see for yourself. Then ask, who is it that looks?
