Having your emotions under control

Whenever you feel e.g. anger, see that anger from a higher perspective. Still be reflective when your body is flooded with adrenaline. Don't suppress that emotion, think about why you would feel that way at all and if the "reason" you think you have to be angry is even worth it. It never is. Then the anger will go away by itself. Accept and feel your emotions when they are there but don't get lost in them.
