I’m new to this forum. (Hello everyone 🤗) And I have a question. I’m currently reading Red Pine’s Lankavatara Sutra and find it hard to follow. Is there a version that is easier to grasp? I find a lot of the concepts confusing. Although his footnotes are very rich and often give good in-depth explanations of some of the difficult passages, I want to read it straight through without having to cross reference every line. Am I looking for the impossible? Or is there a more widely accepted translation?
