If so, then all of these are correct, right?

When the person is ready to be a friend, the friend will appear.

When employee is ready, the job will appear. 

When the entrepreneur is ready, the business opportunity will appear. 

When the boyfriend is ready, the girlfriend will appear. 

When the wife is ready, the husband will appear.
