Was reading a book called A Buddha from Korea: The Zen Teachings of Tʻaego. T'aego keeps saying in every letter that after you pass trough you have to go and meet teachers to bring you to the ultimate. Otherwise 10/10 people who pass trough and dont meet a teacher become devils-- or something along those lines. What does this actually mean for us ? Especially if you don't have access to teachers. How does one go about this? The times have changed, we are not at all like the monks who would go traveling from teacher to teacher. And when you approach the texts there is all the baggage that might completely mislead you from what this is really about.
