No attachments no dust

This is from the book 101 zen story's zen flesh zen bones by nyogen  senzaki

1. NO Attachment to Dust  Zengetsu, a Chinese master of the T’ang dynasty, wrote the following advice for his pupils:  Living in the world yet not forming attachments to the dust of the world is the way of a true Zen student.When witnessing the good action of another encourage yourself to follow his example. Hearing of the mistaken action of 

another, advise yourself not to emulate it.  Even though alone in a dark room, be as if you were facing a noble guest. Express your feelings, but become no more  expressive than your true nature.  Poverty is your treasure. Never exchange it for an easy life.  A person may appear a fool and yet not be one. He may only be guarding his wisdom carefully.  Virtues are the fruit of self-discipline and do not drop from heaven of themselves as does rain or snow.  Modesty is the foundation of all virtues. Let your neighbors discover you before you make yourself known to them.  A noble heart never forces itself forward. Its words are a rare gems seldom displayed and of great value.  To a sincere student, every day is a fortunate day. Time passes but he never lags behind. Neither glory nor shame can  move him.  Censure yourself, never another. Do not discuss right and wrong.  Some things though right, were considered wrong for generations. Since the value of righteousness may be recognized  after centuries, there is no need to crave an immediate appreciation.  Live with cause and leave results to the great law of the universe. Pass each day in peaceful contemplation.

The most unsuccessful people go out of their way to ruin other people's happiness. they will always look for a weakness to attack because they see some one making accomplishments as a thret. Some people need some thing to complain about it's the jealousy that keeps them coming back for complaining. It doesn't even matter to me anymore giving negative people something to criticize,hate or bully is a service I realised it gives them happiness and creating things for them to criticize,hate,and bully. makes me happy because that means I'm getting successful enough to have some one else get jealous enough to try and destroy my happiness and success hate is love. r/zen feels like Highlander their can only be one zen master to rule them all. R/zen is just a shitting contest to see who makes the biggest splash in the zen toilet. Do not let their reality change your reality because each person adds their own personal view onto every idea. each person changes the perception of every idea. everyone is a different looking Glass. Enlightenment is just a moment then it's gone but it is also learning a new way to think only with logic. only having new thoughts of the present moment without change or separation. because light and darkness and ego are all part of the same energy. make your own path to enlightenment but also let go of the moment after you find happiness and make a new path to more happiness.
