Hey, how does this sub feel about the Platform Sutra?

I’ve been listening to the audiobook version. First time studying it. I’m enjoying it quite a bit.

It also struck me how different it is from the Zen literature this subreddit has such a focus on. I mean encounter dialogues, obv, but even compared to Huang Po or Foyan, I find this to be some capital-M Mahayana.

Anyway, I kinda thought about making a few posts quoting it here - I don’t see it discussed much - but I don’t feel like sparking endless debates about its legitimacy or relevance or whatever. Would that be a thing that happens? Thanks.
