¿DOES A PROPERLY BREATHING IMPROVES THE CORE MUSCLE STABILITY AND OUR BODY'S ABILITY TO TOLERATE INTENSE EXERCISE?

Lately I've noticed that by breathing correctly I can even last longer with my resistance when running or doing intense exercise. (usually calisthenics) but I can't find professional or legitimate information about it, it is because the government don't want us to know how to properly breath? 😅 Just kidding, but if you know something could you please explain it me?
