Teachings regarding emptiness?

Lately I've been seeing some emptiness in things, and it's quite nice. Emptiness really is quite freeing. I would love to read some sayings of Zen Masters on the emptiness of things, because I find many sayings help me in inexplicable ways. To be honest I'm not even sure if zen masters involve emptiness in their teachings. By emptiness I would mean the evanescent nature of things - there in appearance, but not really substantial. It's like the most genuine 'not caring' imaginable - kind of like seeing all things as a non-issue instead of taking everything as being some sort of problem to be solved or worked around. Something like that anyway!

I hope you all don't mind me making threads just to ask for quotes, but this place really seems the best to get all kinds of perspectives from a wide range of zen teachers.
