What does Zen Buddhism think of things like Kamma, Nibbana, and Samsara (along with the Six Realms of Existence)?

I mean this in the context of comparing the Zen beliefs of these things in contrast to a Theravada Buddhist in Thailand or a Mahayana Buddhist in China.
