This morning a long-time friend and I ended up texting a little bit about everything; and then finally about Zen.
I think we were talking about an excerpt from Instant Zen and getting enlightened...
He finally messaged me this:
Some need a smack, some need their cat cut in half, some just need alone time, some need excruciating pain, some just words... Some just need a finger or a sandal on the head
