A lot of the higher ups at my workpkace seem to be constantly worn-out, bitter, and angry. They don't actively attack me, but I feel their frustration with me when I make mistakes (I am still fairly new). I take these feelings to heart and they make me depressed. How can I stop their emotions from affecting me?
