What is the zen view in regards to a lay person attaining arhatship/liberation.....?

What is the zen view in regards to a lay person attaining arhatship/liberation?

I read that Theravadins believe that if a lay person become liberated/attain arhatship, then they either die in that instant or they have sex, just kidding about the sex part I got distracted in my thoughts whilst writing this... or they continue on to become fully ordained monks?

Also what is the zen view in regards to all the dogmas of buddhism like birth and rebirth, you have to this not that, you have to do good and not evil, you have to practice ethics and morality etc...

What is the difference between this place and ideas here and the other subreddit "Buddhism" and the people there?

What is intellectually closer to enlightenment and nirvana of these two statements?: "Everything is impermanent and ever transforming, there is no self and there is suffering when we cling" or "let go of all thoughts, concepts and beliefs including that everything is impermanent and ever transforming, there is no self and suffering is because of clinging?

Thanks
