I am being drawn in by '無'

Before I begin I must apologise in advance for anything I have no knowledge of as this post may possibly come off as un-engaging and off tangent due to the nature of the story and the discussion I am looking to seek. Also bad grammar.

A year ago something was attracted within me when I saw '無' on a Japanese kanji learning table. I have been rusty with my Japanese and I left it when I was about to begin first level kanji. '無' was such a peculiar character, it looked very complex but it is very easy to read and recognise. When I looked up its definition, the term 'nothingness' resonated with me greatly. It can be described as my favourite word, it's a blanket term that is now my life motto. Then I was surprised to see it be connected to Zen. I really wanted to know more about this word, there is an innate feeling inside that there's something connected to it and myself. I tried my best to find any coincidentally connected points about this definition but I think I have strayed off path.

Recently I found the phrase '無生法忍' (anutpattika-Dharma-ksanti) by searching for words that contain both '無' and '忍' (my latest intriguing character after learning about ninjas lol). I kinda figured out the meaning behind this term as there was some helpful online documents pertaining this phrase for me to read, but there isn't much about it that I can be satisfied with.

There is not much I would reveal in the OP due to time constraints but I went through one life-changing year that led me to be peaceful towards myself, maintaining an open mind about superstition, and have it be balanced with healthy skepticism. If there is anything you need to know, ask and I'll get to you when possible. I hope asking here casually is as helpful as it can get.
